All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Ordering

Unfortunately we do not currently offer a print catalogue – this is to keep our costs as low as possible in order to ensure we can give you the best price. If you would like some further advice prior to ordering, email in and we can call or email you back with your required information. It is extremely important that you keep your log-in and other registration details such as your password unknown to anyone but yourself. Always make sure you log out after using our site, especially when using a shared computer.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

On placing your order you submit to us the details of products you wish to order. This is then passed to the team to be processed. An order confirmation is emailed to you, the customer, acknowledging the details of products you wish to order and your contact details.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you, the customer, and us, the seller, takes place on dispatch of the goods ordered unless we have notified you either in writing or via the telephone, that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Yoyokiddies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Yoyokiddies does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Yoyokiddies does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability
Yoyokiddies shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Yoyokiddies has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Yoyokiddies product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Yoyokiddies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Yoyokiddies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Yoyokiddies shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Yoyokiddies without notice at any time, for any reason.

Notice
Yoyokiddies may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Yoyokiddies .

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Yoyokiddies or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Fraud

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you should immediately notify your card provider in accordance with your account terms and conditions.

Return Policy

You have 30 Days from the day you receive your order to return them, providing they are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. All items should be returned with the original tags, labels, and suits need to be returned with their original suit bag.

It is important to note that damaged, worn, washed or altered items, or anything that Yoyokiddies believes has been used will NOT be accepted and will be rightfully returned back to you. This includes any items returned outside of the 30 day returns period.

We do not offer free return postage.

While your return item is in transit, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you return the parcel to us using a tracked or signed for service,
to ensure we receive the parcel here safely.

Please allow up to 4 working days for returns to be processed from the date of receipt.
